Why Greenville, TX

We chose 75402 on purpose.

The seven carrier routes on this postcard cover the densest, highest-income residential neighborhoods in Hunt County — Wesley Heights, Cottonwood, Sayre, Hawthorne, the historic downtown grid, and the newer subdivisions south of I-30. About 4,927 homes in total. The average household income is around $89K, well above the Hunt County median, with a strong mix of families, retirees, and small business owners.

These are the homes most likely to call a local plumber, hire a house cleaner, sign up for a karate class, or pick a new dentist. They're also the homes most likely to actually lookat a postcard before it hits the recycling bin — because there's no junk envelope to throw away first.

We mail every six weeks because that's the cadence direct-mail research shows works best for repeat exposure without annoying the recipient. A new postcard, a new set of offers, the same twelve local businesses with locked categories.

Testimonials

What Texas advertisers say

Quotes from local Texas businesses running shared neighborhood postcards.

Customers started bringing the postcard into the shop, asking about the offer specifically. It's the first piece of marketing we've run where I can actually point to new tickets and trace them back.

Marcus W.

Lone Star Auto DetailPlano, TX

We were sceptical that a postcard could compete with the social ads we'd been running. The exclusivity is what won me over — knowing no other dentist is on the same card matters.

Dr. Lauren P.

Riverside Family DentistryTyler, TX

Print mail felt old-fashioned to us until we tried it. Half the calls we got the first month started with 'I have your card on the fridge.' That doesn't happen with Instagram.

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

How much does a slot cost?

Slots range from $349 (business-card size) to $649 (long banner, hero spot on the back). All five sizes are listed above with prices. Pricing is flat per drop — design help, printing, and USPS delivery to approximately 5,000 homes in 75402 are included.

How exclusive is my category?

Completely. Once you reserve the plumbing slot for a given drop, no other plumber appears on that postcard — front or back. Categories reset for the next drop, so a competitor could book the same category six weeks later. If that becomes a problem we'll talk about a longer hold.

What categories count as the same?

We use a single broad category per slot — "HVAC," "Roofing," "Dental," etc. If you're a niche (say, pediatric dentistry vs. general dentistry) email us at ryan@bynummailer.com and we'll work it out. The goal is one obvious choice per service, not splitting hairs.

When is the next drop and what's the artwork deadline?

We mail every six weeks. The next drop date is on the upcoming-drops page. Artwork is due about two weeks before the mail date so we have time to print, package, and submit to the post office.

Do I need to bring a finished design?

No. You can upload a finished print-ready PDF if you have one, or use our in-browser editor to drop in your logo, offer, and phone number against pre-built templates that fit your slot size exactly. We proof everything back to you within one business day.

How do I know if it actually worked?

Every slot gets its own QR code printed on the card. When someone scans it they land on a page you choose (your home page, an offer page, a contact form). You see the live scan count in your dashboard, broken down by day. We also recommend tagging the phone number on the card so you can match call volume.

How do I pay?

50% deposit when you reserve your category — that locks the slot. The other 50% is due before the print run starts (about three weeks before the drop). All payment is handled through Stripe; you'll get a secure link by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes, but timing matters. If you cancel more than 14 days before the drop date, your deposit is fully refundable. Inside 14 days, the print order is locked and the deposit is non-refundable. You can also push your slot to the next drop without penalty if your timing changes.

How big is the postcard?

9 inches by 12 inches — the largest size USPS will deliver at the EDDM rate. It's deliberately too big to fit in a Valpak envelope, so it lands in your customer's hand instead of getting buried.

What if I'm new to direct mail and don't know what to put on the card?

We do this with you. Most first-time advertisers just need a clear offer ("$25 off your first service," "Free estimate this week," "Mention this card for 10% off"), a strong photo, and your phone number. We'll suggest copy and design choices based on what's worked for other businesses in your category.

Are you on Google with reviews?

We're new — the first Greenville drop is rolling out now. We're collecting testimonials from the first wave of advertisers and will be listed on Google Business Profile, the Greenville Chamber, and Hunt County BBB shortly. Until then, email ryan@bynummailer.com and we'll send over the latest case study and references on request.

Will you expand to other Texas towns?

Yes — Greenville is the first city. We're picking the next based on demand from local business owners. If you're outside 75402 and want a shared postcard in your town, drop your city in the form on the booking page and we'll let you know when routes are ready.

Do I need a designer to put a good ad together?

No. Our in-browser editor has quick-start templates for the most common offer types (service business, first-time discount, restaurant, real estate). Drop in your logo, swap in your phone number, and you're ready to submit. We proof every ad back to you before print.

What if I don't have any results to share yet?

That's fine — most of our advertisers don't either. We're building this on industry data (4–5% response rate is the DMA benchmark for direct mail; ROI tends to land at 1.5–3× for local services). Your own QR scan numbers and call logs become the case study by drop two.

Do you offer multi-drop packages or discounts?

Not yet. Every drop is the same flat per-slot price. We've found that letting advertisers test one drop, see real numbers, and choose to renew works better than locking people in upfront. Once you've run two or three drops, ask about a renewal hold so you don't have to re-book each cycle.

How do I see my QR scan and call numbers?

Every booking has a Results page in your dashboard with daily scan charts, device breakdown, and any calls or revenue we've logged for the drop. You also get a CSV export so you can plug the data into your own reporting. Charts update within minutes of each scan.

Is this only for Greenville? My business is in a nearby town.

Right now the postcard ships to ZIP 75402 (Greenville and the immediate residential routes around it). If your business is in a neighboring town but you serve Greenville-area customers, you're a great fit. If your customer base is somewhere else entirely, we'd rather wait and bring the format to your city than mail you to homes that won't convert.
