Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of BynumMailer (the "Service"), operated from Greenville, Texas. By creating an account or booking an ad slot you agree to these terms. We wrote them in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, email ryan@bynummailer.com and we will explain it like a neighbor would.

1. What the Service is

BynumMailer sells advertising slots on shared neighborhood postcards delivered by USPS Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM) to residential addresses on selected carrier routes. Each postcard (a "Drop") carries a limited number of slots, and only one business per category appears on a given Drop.

2. Booking and payment

Reserving a slot requires a 50% deposit, processed by Stripe. The remaining balance is due before the Drop goes to print (we will tell you the exact date when you book). If the balance is not paid by the print deadline, we may release your slot and the deposit is forfeited.

All prices are shown at booking. We may change pricing for future Drops at any time, but never for a Drop you have already booked.

3. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before your artwork is submitted to print, your deposit is forfeited and you owe nothing further. If you cancel after artwork goes to print, the full slot price is owed.

If a Drop does not reach the minimum number of paid slots, we may cancel or reschedule it. If we cancel a Drop, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid — no questions, no fees. If we reschedule, your payment carries over to the new date, or you can ask for a full refund instead.

4. Category exclusivity

One business per category per Drop. If we ever breach this — meaning a direct competitor appears on the same card as you — you get a full refund of that slot plus a free slot on a future Drop. Exclusivity applies to the single Drop you booked and does not carry to future Drops unless you rebook.

5. Artwork and approval

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your ad (business name, phone, offer terms, expiration dates). We will send you a proof before printing. If you do not approve or request changes within 5 business days, we may print the last version you were sent in order to hold the schedule.

We may reject or request changes to content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate for a general residential audience, or that does not meet USPS Marketing Mail standards.

6. Delivery and results

We guarantee drop-off at the post office on or about the scheduled Drop date and keep the stamped USPS receipt as proof. USPS controls actual delivery timing and individual mailbox delivery; occasional missed addresses are normal for saturation mail and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific number of scans, calls, leads, or revenue.

7. Accounts

Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent category exclusivity.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Drop is capped at the amount you paid for that Drop. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
